NexusForm offers a free plan and paid plans to fit stores of any size.

Submission counts reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). When you reach your plan’s monthly limit:

  • The form still appears on your store, but new submissions are rejected.
  • Visitors see a friendly “This form is temporarily unavailable” message.
  • You’ll receive an email warning when you’re at 80% and 100% of your limit.

The form limit applies to active forms only. Archived forms don’t count toward your limit.

  • Starter: 100 MB total storage
  • Pro: 1 GB total storage

Files are retained for the lifetime of the submission. Deleting a submission frees up its file storage.

  1. In the NexusForm dashboard, go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Select the plan you want and click Change Plan.
  3. Shopify handles billing through your existing payment method.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

New installs start with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. After the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.
