Section titled “What is NexusForm?”NexusForm is a Shopify app that lets you build custom forms (contact forms, surveys, order requests, file uploads, and more) and embed them on your storefront — no coding required.
Which Shopify plans does NexusForm support?
Section titled “Which Shopify plans does NexusForm support?”NexusForm works with all Shopify plans: Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus.
Does NexusForm work with my theme?
Section titled “Does NexusForm work with my theme?”NexusForm is compatible with all Online Store 2.0 themes via app blocks. For vintage (non-2.0) themes, you can use the embed code or Liquid method. See Embedding Forms for details.
Forms & submissions

Can I have multiple forms on the same page?
Section titled “Can I have multiple forms on the same page?”Yes. Add multiple NexusForm app blocks to the same page template, each pointing to a different form.
Where are submissions stored?
Section titled “Where are submissions stored?”Submissions are stored securely in NexusForm’s cloud infrastructure. You can view, export (CSV), and delete submissions from the NexusForm dashboard in your Shopify admin.
Can I export submissions?
Section titled “Can I export submissions?”Yes. Go to your form’s Submissions tab and click Export. Submissions are exported as a CSV file.
What happens when I hit my submission limit?
Section titled “What happens when I hit my submission limit?”The form shows a friendly “temporarily unavailable” message to visitors. You’ll get email warnings at 80% and 100% of your limit. Limits reset on the first of each month. See Plans & Limits for details.
Embedding
Section titled “Embedding”The form isn’t showing on my store
Section titled “The form isn’t showing on my store”- Check that the NexusForm app embed is enabled in your theme editor: Theme Editor → App embeds → NexusForm toggle on.
- Make sure you’ve added the NexusForm block to the correct page template.
- Clear your browser cache and try again.
Can I style the form to match my brand?
Section titled “Can I style the form to match my brand?”NexusForm inherits your theme’s fonts and color scheme automatically. For further customization, use the block settings in the theme editor or add custom CSS in your theme.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”I’m not receiving email notifications
Section titled “I’m not receiving email notifications”- Check that you’ve set up notifications for the form.

Can I send notifications to multiple people?
Section titled “Can I send notifications to multiple people?”Yes. When adding a notification, enter multiple email addresses separated by commas.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”How does billing work?
Section titled “How does billing work?”NexusForm is billed through Shopify’s standard app billing. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Section titled “Can I cancel anytime?”Yes. Downgrade to the Free plan or uninstall the app at any time. There are no cancellation fees.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Section titled “What happens to my data if I uninstall?”Your forms and submissions are retained for 30 days after uninstalling. If you reinstall within that window, your data is restored. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
