Getting Started with NexusForm
Welcome to NexusForm - the powerful form builder for your Shopify store. This guide will help you get started with creating beautiful, functional forms that seamlessly integrate with your storefront.
What is NexusForm?
Section titled “What is NexusForm?”NexusForm is a Shopify app that allows you to:
- Build custom forms using an intuitive drag-and-drop builder
- Collect submissions from your customers with file uploads support
- Display forms anywhere on your storefront using theme blocks
- Receive notifications when new submissions arrive

Quick Start
Section titled “Quick Start”- Install the app from the Shopify App Store
- Create your first form using the form builder
- Publish the form to make it available on your storefront
- Add the form block to your theme using the Shopify theme editor
- Start collecting submissions!
